Stevie Long, Owner & Master Trainer, Certified Professional Fitness Trainer - Master Trainer, NFPT

Stevie's knowledge of health and fitness along with her warm and caring personality make for a powerful combination. She will inspire and encourage you with a smile as she helps you attain your goals.

Stevie has been a health professional for 28 years and a certified personal trainer for more than 22 years. She is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine, State representative for the National Federation of Professional Trainers, and a judge on the National Physique Committee. Teke Long Abshire, Owner & Director, Certified Personal Trainer, NFPT

Teke thrives on inspiring people of all ages to understand the importance of being healthy for themselves and their loved ones. 
Her overall goal is to assure each client look and feel their best while maintaining a fun and healthy lifestyle.

Teke has been a Certified Personal Trainer with National Federation of Professional Trainers for over 15 years and also maintains certifications in Pilates and Anatomy with Balanced Body University. Levi Dillon

Levi Dillon, is a certified USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach at Spa Fit.

Education: In December 2014, Levi graduated with honors from Radford University. He obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise, Sport, and Health Education, concentrating in Nutrition, Fitness, Strength, and Conditioning.

Experience: Levi has been with Spa Fit since June 2014, where he has trained both men and women across all age groups.

Philosophy on Exercise and Well-Being 
Through proper nutrition and exercise the human body can become capable of extraordinary things. I see it as a personal obligation to create a research based training and/or nutrition program that will help each individual achieve his or her specific goal.

Demetri Dunn

Demetri is a NFPT certified personal trainer and certified kickboxing instructor. Since 2015, he has specialized in weight management, group and youth training, as well as combat training and sports performance. Since starting his personal training career Demetri has helped many youth AAU athletes, several amateur fighters, and every day moms and dads achieve their goals. Demetri’s main focus of training is simply helping others; “Be Better Than Yesterday.”
