Stevie's knowledge of health and fitness along with her warm and caring personality make for a powerful combination. She will inspire and encourage you with a smile as she helps you attain your goals.

Stevie has been a health professional for 28 years and a certified personal trainer for more than 22 years. She is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine, State representative for the National Federation of Professional Trainers, and a judge on the National Physique Committee. Teke Long Abshire
Owner & Director, Certified personal Trainer, NFPT:

Teke thrives on inspiring people of all ages to understand the importance of being healthy for themselves and their loved ones. Her overall goal is to assure each client look and feel their best while maintaining a fun and healthy life style.

Teke has been a Certified Personal Trainer with National Federation of Professional Trainers for over 15 years and also maintains certifications in Pilates and Anatomy with Balanced Body University. Jess NevinsCertified Personal Trainer NFPT:

Jess is a graduate of Mary Baldwin College with a B.S. in Psychology. She was team captain and lead runner for the cross country team all 4 years.  She has also done a variety of community races since college.  Jess loves weight training and running.  She is always anxious to try new things and is excited to help her clients reach their goals.  Jess is also considering a fitness competition in her near future.

Michael GueciaAAPTE Certified Personal Trainer:

Mike has a lifetime of sports experience which began with youth sports and included collegiate football at the State University of New York at Brockport. Throughout his fitness career, he has focused on sports specific weight training and developing individualized fitness training programs for people at all exercise levels. Mike received his AAPTE certification from Hofstra University's College for Continuing Education on Long Island, NY. Before relocating to Virginia, Mike had a successful personal training business that focused on helping clients achieve their fitness goals and make exercise an integral part of their daily lives. Mike enjoys sharing the tremendous accomplishment that clients feel as they reach their cardiovascular, strength training and weight loss goals.

Heather Wohlford, Certified Personal Trainer, NFPT :

Heather has a BS degree from the University of South Carolina in Physical Education and Health.  She has been a personal trainer for 9 years and with Spa Fit for 4 years.  She competed in her first body building show in 2010 and won first place and also took first in the commonwealth games the same year.  She has also completed the Country Music ½ Marathon.  With Heather’s training education, experience and love of working with people makes her a dynamic personal trainer.

Levi Dillon, is a certified USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach at SpaFit.

Education: In December 2014, Levi graduated with honors from Radford University. He obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise, Sport, and Health Education, concentrating in Nutrition, Fitness, Strength, and Conditioning.

Experience: Levi has been with SpaFit since June 2014, where he has trained both men and women across all age groups.

Philosophy on Exercise and Well-Being
Through proper nutrition and exercise the human body can become capable of extraordinary things. I see it as a personal obligation to create a research based training and/or nutrition program that will help each individual achieve his or her specific goal.

Susan  has been a Personal Trainer for over 17 years. She was the General Manager and Fitness Director of several local gyms in Roanoke. She has been a Personal Trainer with Spa Fit for almost a year. She competed in her first Physique Competition this year, and placed first in 3 divisions and overall Physique competitor. She was also in the Athlete spotlight for her accomplishment.

As a trainer it is her goal to make sure her clients can be functional in everyday activities.  She works well with all populations, especially those with limitations.
