We offer personal training sessions and packages. (Membership NOT required)

• One 1-hour session $42.00
• Five 1-hour sessions $200.00 ($40 each, 5% savings)
• Ten 1-hour sessions $380.00 ($38 each, 10% savings)
• Seventy 1-hour sessions $2500.00 (less than $36 each, 15% savings)

In-home Personal Training Sessions

• One 1-hour session $75.00 (local)
• One 1-hour session $95.00 (outside Salem/Roanoke)
